  • National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink; National Mall - Opens Nov 20: One of the most beautiful ice rinks in the city is undoubtedly located in the National Gallery of Art’s sculpture garden. It's $9 for children, students, military service members and senior citizens. Skate rentals are $6.

  • The Wharf Ice Rink - Opens Nov 22: Located on Transit Pier, The Wharf Ice Rink is D.C'.s only over-water rink. Open Wednesdays through Sundays, plus some Mondays and Tuesdays over DCPS holidays, the rink offers visitors a wonderful view of the Potomac.
