Skip Bon Appetit and look to the U.S. Botanic Garden for holiday-inspired recipes and cooking demos this year.  Yep, the botanic gardens ... surprise! Led by the Cook Sisters - 
Danielle and Adrienne are cooking writers and avid gardeners - each online class features seasonal produce and lessons on botanic and culinary connections. Classes are free.

USBG and the Cook Sisters will take you from Thanksgiving leftovers to holiday cocktails and New Year's Day brunch in delicious, homemade style with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You'll have great meals and recipes to savor, a new appreciation of farm-to-table foods, and a whole new way of thinking about USBG, which celebrated its 200th anniversary last year and has a history dating back to founding fathers George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison.
