This will be updated as new concerts are announced.

Jazz in the Garden
is one of the most popular music concerts, but it's far from the only outdoor music event in DC this summer. From salsa to rock and everything in between, we've curated a bunch of outdoor music alternatives  where you can get your groove on. And they're all FREE!

So grab your dancing shoes and dance the night away under the stars 💃🏾

DowntownDC LIVE. Bring your lunch, bring your friends and bring your energy to Franklin Park every Thursday and enjoy a great variety of rhythms and styles from different artists, curated by Mars Arts DC and Multiflora Productions. Performances by The Messthetics, Crank LuKongo, Black Folks Don’t Swim?, Rayshun Lamarr and more! Now - August 4 (Thursdays)
Live concerts at the Plaza. From salsa to strings, and blues to swing, Live! Concert Series on the Plaza at the Reagan Trade Center building features lunchtime performances featuring the area's most talented entertainers.  There is plenty of outdoor seating, so take the Metro, grab lunch and spend the afternoon grooving. Starts July 11 through September 16
Sounds of Africa. Enjoy the lively beats of the African diaspora  and dance the night away with Eme & Heteru, featuring Chelsey Green as they kick off the summer concert series at the Smithsonian African Art museum. July 16
Kreeger jazz festival. Kick back and enjoy live jazz in the Kreeger Museum sculpture garden. In collaboration with Elijah Jamal Balbed, the series furthers the museum's mission to share music across the city. Now in its second year, this series supports and spotlights the wealth of musical talent in our metropolitan area. July 16
Fridays at Fort Totten. Every Friday, meet at the corner of Galloway Street and South Dakota Ave. NE for amazing live music and delicious food from local food trucks! Now - August 26 (Fridays)
Tunes in the Triangle. Stop by with your friends, family + pets for free summer concerts at Milian Park. Now - August 24 (Wednesdays)
